Mark is our consulting representative in the USA, based near Palo Alto, in California. Mark has over 20 years experience as counsel for USA based multinationals in the IT industry with various companies, including 6 years with Electronic Data Systems (now HP), over 10 years with Sun Microsystems and most recently with Oracle America. Mark has led and managed in-house legal teams across many jurisdictions and has long experience of advising at board level. Mark worked for nearly 3 years in South Africa and has worked in the USA for the last 5 years.
Mark’s work experience includes large scale and multi-country IT and business process outsourcing contracts, contracts for the supply of hardware, software and related services, programs and contracts for distribution channels across the globe, and programs for deal management, compliance and due diligence matters. Mark has a keen interest in innovative models for legal support services, including the automation of contract creation.
